- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and present proposals and negotiate with clients to close deals.
- Conduct regular market analysis and stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets.
- Represent the company in various networking events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG, cleaning and hygiene industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid oman driver's license is a plus.
